Booking Policy

Earning your trust is a vital part of our business. In order to understand our standard operating procedures, we ask for our clients to review and familiarize themselves with our Reservation, Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies. 

Once the reservation has been made, the guest is in agreement to abiding by the internal rules of our hotel space, and to respect and act according to the regulations expressed in our Reservation, Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies. 

Naya Nosara is not responsible for any potential misunderstandings on behalf of the guest caused by not reading this document. This document is provided when a reservation is made. 

Reservation Policy 

Our rates do not include taxes. 

All rates, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without previous notification. Please get in touch with our front desk via email or Whatsapp to confirm your booking & receive instructions for making a deposit to secure your booking. 

All bookings will be subject to availability and a change in price unless the guest has secured their booking with a 50% deposit of your total price via one of the listed payment methods: 

Bank deposit 

Bank transfer 

Credit Card 

Cash (only at Reception) 

In the case of a bank deposit or transfer, it is necessary for the guest to notify our front desk via email with a receipt of their deposit at least 7 days in advance, and to receive a confirmation email back from our reservations team. 

Cancellation Policy 

Reservations canceled at least 15 days prior to reservation are exempt of charges only if these were paid in cash. In case payment was made with credit, debit, deposit or transfer a 10% charge calculated over total for bank commission will apply. In this case reimbursement will be made via deposit or bank transfer. 

The client may modify their reservation without penalization only if they get in contact with us via telephone or email at least 15 days before their reservation begins. Any cancellation or modification to the reservation must be confirmed by the hotel via email in order to validate it.

If a reservation is made for more than one room by one guest we require 30 days notice prior to arrival in order to effect cancellation without penalization.

Any reservations that have not been canceled with 15 days notice will have a charge equivalent to 100% of the rate reserved. Any and all changes are subject to availability.
