(re)CONNECT is a 7 night yoga and meditation retreat focused on connection. Connecting with our bodies. Our breath. Our practice. Our food. Each other. Nature. And so much more. It is an opportunity to slow down, get quiet, and notice where we are feeling disconnected after the last few years. A reset and recharge so that we may step back into, or find, our power in presence.
